When you register interest as an activity provider we collect your business name, contact name, email address, optional phone number, activity category, area, and any message you include.
How we use it
We use these details only to contact you about PlayHub and the provider pilot. We don’t sell them or share them with third parties for marketing.
Where it lives
Your details are stored securely in the United Kingdom. We use Resend to send email notifications and PostHog for anonymous usage analytics.
Your rights
You can ask us to update or delete your details at any time — email hello@playhub.co.uk and we’ll action it promptly. You can also complain to the ICO if you’re unhappy with how we handle your data.
